Thank you for signing up for the UPSTART Preschool Study! Your testing appointment will be held at the Element Event Center, located at 5658 South Cougar Lane, Kearns, UT which is on the campus of the Kearns Oquirrh Park Fitness Center.

Parking Information:

Enter and park in the South or Oval parking lots of the Kearns Oquirrh Park Fitness Center Campus. Once parked, proceed to the main doors of the Element Event Center. Once inside the building, please go up to the 2nd floor to Conference Room West.
